We guide leaders in a comprehensive transformation process through meaningful
interventions. We combine workshops, individual coaching, application cases,
play dynamics, peer coaching, collaborative methodologies and collective intelligence.
o Virtual and face-to-face mode.
o Programs of varied duration.
o Conferences to raise awareness and mobilize for action.
o Capsule workshops on a topic.
The emotional balance and well-being of leaders is key and the
starting point for sustainable teams and thriving organizations.
Integrating discoveries from the science of wellness, positive psychology, and contemplative neurosciences,
we walk the paths and practices to grow in enthusiasm, resilience, enjoyment, personal effectiveness, and stress management.
With over 15 years of executive coaching experience across industries and personal managerial experience, our team of coaches encourages people to take on their challenges and grow in their leadership skills. By evaluating natural styles of BTSA thinking, we identify innate talents and maximize them. We facilitate the transition to a new role, the development of new skills, we co-design key conversations and empower ourselves with concrete and transferable tools to teams.
We create conditions of trust and emotional security so that teams are encouraged to have the conversations they need, take risks and propose changes that generate value and enthusiasm. We facilitate group sessions to achieve team alignment with the strategy and promote constructive behaviors. We build “whole brain” teams by making the team's map of strengths visible.
The leadership that the new world requires needs to integrate feminine and masculine qualities, both in women and in men. Masculine intelligence has dominated decision-making in organizations and in the public space for centuries and we need greater balance and diversity. In this workshop, we support women leaders, making available what we have personally learned with pioneers: FemmeQ summit, AphroditeTraining with Marianne Williamson and Dr Libby Weaver and Feminine Power with Claire Zammit.
Integrating our extensive expertise in Executive search and potential development, we identify Achievements (what the person did), Competencies (how she/he has done it), Potential (what else he/she can and wants to achieve) and Cultural Alignment with the organization.
Benefits:
o Knowing capacities, competencies of people and gaps with what is required.
o Create customized training programs and development plans.
o Rapid acquisition of skills through coaching processes and / or project assignment.
At Biotalent Leaders, we have specialized for 15 years in the application and interpretation of the BTSA, which identifies people's innate strengths and talents. We were appointed by Benziger International as the exclusive representatives for Argentina (2011-2015), being responsible for the consultant certification workshops with participants from Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina. Together with our team of certified consultants, we have applied this tool to more than 2,500 people, which gives us differential expertise and enhances our leadership solutions.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BENZIGER MODEL
80% of people do not use their natural strengths in their work, bringing negative effects to the individual and the organizations. The Benziger Model, based on Dr. Carl Jung's "Psychological Types" theory and discoveries from the neurosciences, is designed to help people improve their motivation, effectiveness, collaborative skills, and overall well-being through a better understanding of their own strengths.
WHY IS BTSA DIFFERENT?
• It is the only assessment tool that shows the individual’s natural preferences and
how they have been
adapted or deviated in response to their environment’s demands.
• Greater specificity: numerical basis for each profile.
• Highlights the unique contribution that each Thinking Style provides to life based
on the neurophysiological foundations on functional specialization, using non-judgmental labels that identify the brain
region that appears to be responsible for each function.
• It reveals the extent to which the auxiliary and weak functions have been developed,
helping people to make better decisions, supported by reliable data.
• It makes it easier for people to identify the costs they have had to adapt
and provides tools to design their professional career and life according to their essence.
• Allows reducing stress and anxiety levels, increasing internal
satisfaction and abandoning tasks that cause exhaustion.
