MY ROAD TO 2021

In the 2021 scenario we need to lead with greater awareness and humanity and respond to challenges with creative, cooperative and courageous leadership solutions.

I have sensed this new emerging leadership for many years and have trained to help co-create it. Back in school, I already felt very limited by hierarchical systems and longed for more inspiring environments. I started working in organizations in the '90s, the era of business process reengineering and a single focus on the bottom line. For each idea you had to bring a "rational"; for each project, a "business case". I felt that the corporate world had deprived people from inspiration and energy and that we left our souls at home when we went to work. As an Executive search consultant and business coach, I was able to listen deeply to more than 5,000 leaders, and confirmed that achieving challenging goals and high leadership positions rarely generated the expected sense of self-fulfillment. Something was missing.

I had to find my own path towards inspiration and became a passionate explorer of people's potential, talent and evolution. I was trained at the intersection of neuroscience with behavioral sciences, spirituality paths, multiple intelligences, science of well-being, organizational designs based on self-organization and networks, and the trend towards greater awareness in consumers and talents.

I personally learned with J. Olalla, R. Echeverria, H. Maturana, Marianne Williamson, Virginia Gawel, Gregg Braden, Chris Laszlo, Steve Macintosh, Jean Houston, Eckhart Tolle, Scilla Elworthy, Elisabet Sahtouris, Michael Beckwith, Alan Watkins, Peter Matthies, among others.
